Shipping Policy
At OPSTA, we work hard to get your robotics kits and components to you as quickly and safely as possible. Here's what to expect when you place an order with us.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of purchase confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Delivery Timeframes
- Within Kerala: 3–5 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to courier delays, weather, or regional restrictions beyond our control.
Shipping Charges
- A flat shipping fee of ₹75 applies to all orders
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email/SMS with your tracking ID and a link to track your shipment in real time.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at opstafuturetechnologies@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item received. We'll arrange a replacement or resolve the issue promptly.
International Shipping
At this time, OPSTA ships only within India. International shipping is not currently available.
